Hi, I’m Jesus Rodriguez, and my passion for real estate grew from helping my wife, Martha, build her Accounting office. As we worked together, many of our Latino clients would ask about buying a home, and I realized there was a real need in our community for guidance in this area. That’s when I decided to pursue my real estate license, with the goal of helping the Latino community achieve homeownership. After my own experience purchasing a home, I became familiar with the process and understood the challenges and hopes that many in our community face. I saw how important it is to have someone who understands not just the market, but also the unique needs of the Latin community. I’m committed to being that person—a realtor who can truly relate to my clients and help make their dreams of owning a home a reality. I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the U.S. when I was 15. Before real estate, I worked in shipping and receiving, which taught me the value of hard work and dedication. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to effectively communicate and connect with my clients. In my spare time, I love working with my hands, especially woodworking projects. It’s a hobby that helps me relax and keeps me focused on the details—skills that also come in handy when finding the perfect home for my clients. My goal as a realtor is simple: to help the Latino community find homes where they can build their future and thrive.
