Hello everyone! My name is Naralys Martin, and I am so excited to be joining the 20/20 Real Estate team! A bit of background about me: I am a first-generation Dominican American, fluent in both Spanish and English. I have lived in many different neighborhoods in Philadelphia, including Olney, Nicetown-Tioga, Mayfair, Oxford Circle, and Academy Gardens. I am a foodie and love the outdoors, so I will go any distance to try something new. These experiences have helped shape me into a strong asset as a Realtor, especially when it comes to connecting with and navigating different neighborhoods and communities.
I attended Holy Family University (Go Tigers!) and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education, so I am very passionate about special education and supporting children with disabilities. However, I also have a background in sales and customer service, along with experience managing rental properties in Philadelphia. As a driven and compassionate woman, I will do everything I can to help you find the home of your dreams, sell your property, or anything in between. My goal is to make every step of the process smooth, stress-free, and memorable — because I believe in providing a real estate experience by someone who truly cares.
