Steve began his career in real estate at an early age while in High School. He worked weekends and summers as a laborer for a contractor who bought properties that were rehabbed and rented. Working in construction this cemented his love of all homes; in particular, the old ones. Steve never intended to get into sales. His only intention was to take a class about real estate for “fun” but the first day of class he knew that this is where he belonged. He hasn’t looked back and continues to blend his interests in construction with selling properties.
Steve firmly believes in educating all of his clients about all matters in regards to Real Estate transactions along with making himself available for their needs. Customer service is his top priority! An investor himself, he understands the fast pace of the real estate market and the need to react quickly in order to close a deal.
Steve started his career at RE/MAX of Cherry Hill as a buyers agent on a real estate team, before switching over to RE/MAX Preferred, where he continues to hold a New Jersey Real Estate License. He previously worked at Hartsville Realty after obtaining his Pennsylvania License and moved it over to 20/20 Real Estate when the brokerage was first started.
