We bought our new house and sold our existing one through 2020 real estate. They were extremely helpful in getting us into houses asap at a time when houses are sold in hours. When selling our house we were able to sell in under 2 days for way over asking price. They were extremely responsive and made the process as frictionless as possible with electronic signing of documents. In the end we managed to both sell our old house and buy our new one on the same day within 1 hour while sitting in the same office. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Walt was a great realtor. He knew exactly what we wanted. We told him on a Wednesday morning the style house we wanted/basement/ 2 car garage/ and school district. He checked all the boxes and we had an offer in that Thursday afternoon and it ended up getting accepted. We were looking in Chester county in a very good school district. Very competitive real estate market out there. My girlfriend and I would 💯 recommend him. We were first time home buyers and we had plenty of questions thanks to google and he answered all of them. Very easy process. If you’re serious about buying a house Walts your guy! His broker Jim was also a great guy. We were in and out of settlement in 30 minutes.
